Susan Douglas is a recognised expert in her field who works closely with the Pilates Institute in training and assessing future pilates instructors.

Unlike other pilates classes Susan's classes regularly entail group discussions and analysis of the movements, and class numbers are intentionally kept small to facilitate this.

All exercise classes are tailored to individual clients e.g.

  • clients who have recently undergone hip replacements, other injuries
  • ante and post natal, ms sufferers etc.
